What is a doula?
A doula is a trained support person who provides emotional, physical, educational, and advocacy support during pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and life transitions.
I do not deliver babies or provide medical care—instead, I work alongside your medical provider or midwife to support you holistically.
What type of doula services do you offer?
I am a certified full-spectrum doula, offering support across many stages, including:

Each package is customized to meet your unique needs.
Do you attend births?
Yes, I attend births in-person or virtually, depending on your location and selected package.
I support hospital births, home births, and birth center births.
Do you deliver babies?
No.
I do not deliver babies or replace a medical provider or midwife. My role is to support you—your comfort, confidence, understanding, and autonomy—throughout your journey.
What is virtual doula support?
Virtual support allows you to receive doula care regardless of location. This can include:
- Prenatal education and birth planning
- Emotional support via phone or video
- Real-time labor support
- Postpartum check-ins and guidance
Virtual care is especially helpful for families seeking flexibility, privacy, or additional support alongside an in-person provider.
Do you accept insurance?
Doula services are typically self-pay. Packages range from $500 to $1597. And payment plans are available.
However, I can provide invoices or documentation that may be used for reimbursement, HSA/FSA accounts, or Medicaid doula programs where applicable.
Do you support natural or medicated births?
Yes.
I support all birth preferences—unmedicated, medicated, cesarean, VBAC, and high-risk situations—while always prioritizing a healthy pregnancy and safe birth.
My role is nonjudgmental and client-centered.
